On Thursday, a New York woman climbed over a lion exhibit barrier at the Bronx Zoo; video footage showed her tossing money towards the fearsome large cat.
Witnesses said the unidentified woman was wearing a blond wig and a red dress. She addressed the lion as if it was a former love interest.
The woman carried flowers and threw money into the air.

“I missed him so much! King, I love you, I came back for you,” the woman is heard saying in the video.
A spokesperson for the Bronx Zoo said that onlookers alerted staff about the woman, but she had already left the area when they got to the lion enclosure.
