According to news reports, a millionaire German shepherd named Gunther VI is selling a Miami mansion previously owned by singer Madonna.
On Wednesday, the 1.2-acre waterfront property went on sale with an asking price of $31.75 million — a massive uptick from when Madonna sold the property in 2000 to Gunther’s trust for $7.5 million.
The canine’s bloodline inherited over $500 million from German countess Karlotta Liebenstein when she passed away in 1992.
The real-estate agent’s website listing said the dog’s mansion overlooks Biscayne Bay and has nine bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, and a swimming pool.
The listing said that the property is one of six waterfront homes and is minutes away from Miami Beach.

“He lives in Madonna’s former master bedroom,” Ruthie Assouline, the real-estate agent who’s managing the sale of the property along with her husband, Ethan Assouline, told the AP.
The German shepherd, whose primary home is Tuscany, joins the real-estate agents’ meetings and travels on private jets. He also has meals cooked by a chef, Riccitelli told the AP.
