We love our pets, but the inevitable reality is that someday our dogs or cats will die. 

But what if it was possible to procure genetic material from your beloved animal to make a near-perfect replica?

If you could clone your pet, would you do it? 

Cloning pets are not in the realm of science fiction anymore. The technology is now widely used and readily available.  

Pet cloning is unregulated, unlike animals used in the agriculture industry. 

The Humane Society opposes pet cloning, and without oversight, it is impossible to keep track of how many dogs have been cloned annually. 

Is cloning pets ethical? If you could afford it, would you do it?
